As part of committee member I'm still proud with all AOCM team & family ...with all good respond...but for me....i'm looking for the best...but the worse we got from Marina Cove :boo :boo :thumbdown :thumbdown :thumbdown ...I'll not recommand any of my friend to go there... very frustrated :angry :angry :angry ..SO SORRY TO ALL AOCM TEAM & FAMILY...,,, :fulltears :fulltears :fulltears |

Apologies from the committee regarding the hotel and food. Thinking that our function is on a sunday so most of the crowds would have packed and left. Unfortunately we have another wiseman thinking alike so they also held their family day 3D2N <Sat~Mon>. Thus the crowd and poor service :thumbdown As for food, we want to maintain at affordable price since some members have bigger family and have to pay for accomodation too. Anyway marina cove resort are not very accommodating as I have to 'arm wrestle' with them on the price and others <_< Infact Adi managed to get the room rate at a better discount than what marina cove offers. I wonder anyone of you notice the hotel rates displayed at the reception. Schools holidays and public holidays are super peak season. We cant please everyone but we hope most of you have an enjoyable time :D By the way, we wish to inform that for this 6th GTT we have utilised some club funds to subsidise the food and all the lucky draw prizes apart from those donated by members. For a better GTT start saving now for the 3D2N at Awana Kijal as suggested by MaD. Target rm1000 per family of 6 ... good accommodation & good food :iloveu2 |

Awana Kijal maybe expensive but they have very nice beach, room, service, food and very nice pool for kids and adult.. and most important from my experienced the service is gud roughly the room cost RM230 pernite BBQ dinner at RM60 ( we can nego to suit our budget) or we can go for seafood at the nearest shop.. so guys.. please start saving now.. and plan your leave |

Hi Sister Rosie, No need to apologize as you have done your best for the community, this is charity work, we appreciate your effort to make this event successful. I believe that AOCM's member understand the situation, some "-ve" feedback from member mainly on the hotel which is uncontrolled by committee, but at least our member is sincere to tell the truth, good job everyone ! :clap :thumbup |

I apologisse if my frank feed back about the short comings of the GTT hurt anyone here. I'm sincere actually. I understand the committee's hard work. That's why I came down to help out in the lucky draw preparation work though no one advice me to do so.

looks like we have a winner already in Awana Kijal! i'll follow any destination decided later by the committe. 3D2N is our best bet as far as travelling distance is concerned. perhaps tentative date could be determine so we can start to save now. :D |
