but theres a chance for us first generation owners to upgrade some parts - a-pillar with built in tweeter hole, so no need to fiber. even the steering looks vip enough this time, time for more poison upgrades |

Agreed rwd... the cosmetic stuffs are just to get a fresher look from a not so new model...guess the rush is not rushing as far as the avanza ....lol (no wonder they are upgrading the cosmetics for the avanza as the track records shows that its still a good selling car compared to rush....i guess mainly due to pricing...) |

Ueah, agree. Suspend is the issue in our avanza. Others not a big problem for me. |

people buy MPV to fetch more people....but Avanza's original suspension is causing people try not to sit your car (especially 3rd row) if they have choice...."TAK NAK".....how embarrassing to own an Avanza.... :angry2

Actually Avanza is the only car UMW dare to raise $$. Others like Altis Camry all reduced or maintained ...even Vios also comes out J spec. Good news for us avanza members ? used Avanza $ can at least maintained ? hehe... |

Major different between 1.3E (auto) and 1.5E: Engine: 1.3E (K3-VE - 1.3cc) / 1.5E (3SZ-VE - 1.5cc) Body Side Moulding: 1.3E (without) / 1.5E (with - colour-keyed) Radiator Grille: 1.3E (colour-keyed) / 1.5E (Chromed) Outside Door Handle: 1.3E (colour-keyed) / 1.5E (Chromed) Rear License Plate Garnish: 1.3E (colour-keyed) / 1.5E (Chromed) Front Fog Lamps: 1.3E (with) / 1.5E (without) Definitely a lot of people will go for 1.5E instead of 1.3E. Unless after few months, UMW mark up the price for 1.5E |

saw this quote in Toyota Malaysia - New facelift Avanza Introduction: Suspension system The front McPherson Strut suspension system with stiffer coil springs and dampers allow for better steering response and drivability, while the stabilizer bar reduces roll during cornering. The rear suspension system controls bounce and provide better driving stability and handling. http://www.toyota.com.my/index.aspx?cat=models§=avanza&subsect=performance sure or not <_< |
