One of them is the GPS :rubeyes I dont have the patience to stand under the sun to try it out. If got step by step manual good lah so i can try out. Vash gave me a short practical lesson but being a non IT savy person i cant remember the steps :wacko |

best thing i like about this V2.0...is standby time 4 classic is greatly improved..the EM tube soft lets u watch youtube n even download all free via wifi...after download use flv player 2 watch ...cool... :thumbup |

and not to mention the speed.. the phone is faster.. rosie.. u really need to update ur firmware.. its free over the net.. 100mb+ download.. but one thing i dont like about the new firmware.. 1. NO MORE SNAKE (but gave u something better..) 2. after taking a photo, u close the camera cover, the application does not close itself, but keypad will lock.. 3. takes forever to boot.. at least 45secs for mine what i like about the new firmware.. 1. once the phone is on, its very smooth.. no more hangs.. and no more 'out of memory' error messages 2. taking photos is MUCH FASTER 3. I LOVE N-GAGE.. they took out snake, but gave u N-GAGE.. im not complaining.. i now have FIFA and Asplalt demo.. cant wait for them to release the official game.. 4. Integrated 'search' function. it is now MUCH easier to search for stuff in the phone, from sms messages to contacts, to files/images in the phone.. not to mention stuff on internet (but yahoo only.. no google) |

N95 8GB Firmware. V11.0.026 here. The GPS signal is not really good in the car. I think V-Cool is is the culprit. Anyone knows where can i get good cradle for the Phone? |

eh? v-cool should not affect GPS signal.. check ur GPS settings, and make sure u enable the A-GPS.. u need GPRS/3G settings.. also.. where u put the phone affects the GPS signal.. the cradle can be bought at pasar malam, lowyat plaza, digital mall.. even sg wang has it nowadays.. :tqvm also, i manage to get garmin mobile xt to work on with n95 internal gps.. please PM if ur ineterested.. |

u might want to upgrade to firmware 15.0.015, for N95-8GB Changes so far: The likes of Gallery and Search are now both faster and also kept resident in memory (even after pressing 'Exit'), in the same was as Contacts, so that they're much more responsive when needed. Speed of access to the integral 8GB flash memory disk has been improved. Doing an 'Image store' from PC Suite only took 30 seconds to scan my device, rather than several minutes on v11 firmware. Bugs have obviously been quoshed under the hood. In particular, the one that was stopping lots of third party themes working has gone - PiZero's New Gold, here I come. Updates and additions: Flash Lite 3 and Flash video is now fully supported, I just watched native YouTube content - although emTube gives a better overall experience. Other web video sites using Flash technology, such as Daily Motion, are also fully supported. The newer version of Flash Lite also gives much better support for Flash web sites generally. Hi Bro Vash Thanks for the support on Garmin XT. I already have it together with the base map and voice support. Using the latest malsing locked map really up-to-date with new putrajaya highway. The POI for speed trap and Traffice camera is also very usefull. If you are using V-Cool the signal for the GPS reduce by one bar. |
