It's Tesco brand. 16" normal price is RM15.90 (Now got discount, only RM9.90) and 18" price is RM16.90 (18" no discount). Will fix it this evening and see how's the quality. If not really good, just replace the refill with my previous silicon wiper refill (just use around 3 months only).
