i still recommend the Compaq brand i said.. its cover all ur needs and good price.... 1 yr warranty and 6 months warranty for screen and keypads.. than if u wanna upgrade to 1GB Ram just add Rm200... than for Hp brand if future upgrade the price of parts is more reasonable and the Hp service after u buy their item its very good.... any problem send back.. after 2 or 3 days u can get back ur PC.. not like others hv to wait for almost 3 weeks to a month.. :) the screen is widescreen mode .. its 14.1" ... external DVD i can get for u if u wan... better don purchase DELL Pc coz future service and upgrade , price will cut ur throat... than their thins very fast obsolute coz their hardware can't get outside.. their thins specially design by microsoft so its expensive... :) This Laptop i selling RM2599 call me if u wan.. |

why dun hv? :unsure dell offer 3 yrs full covered dunno wat warranty... nowdays many laptop after 1 yr start kacau. i received many "young" laptop kong mainboard. warranty very important for laptop, save repair money if u planning use till klasic ;) |

After warranty period, you need to claim direct from the manufacturer. Most RAM maker give lifetime warranty which means until the end of product life cycle.. not forever though... It is quite rare that RAM can go kaput unless kena lightning (indirectly - thru phone line) or static electricity.... :peace |

I have use both Dell and Compaq... Both oso ok la... But I like Dell's on site services. Coool... They come to your house le... No hassle... So, if you are buying an expensive one, upgrade to three years le... preferably with complete cover. Drop on the floor oso they replace.... |

Yea.... its true they come but i experience once when my desktop PC CD Rom Kong i called them.. dunno take how many days to come than still hv to pay some chargers dunnno wat la... they give one year very very good service than after that its useless de.... when u wanna upgrade the PC than they start telling u the mad price for an upgrade.. For example, i wanted to add just another 128Mb ram... it cost me RM 700 without instalation.... so i give up DELL totally.. where else if i get a Klon pc outside it cost cheaper and anytime can upgrade wit low cost.. the quality its almost the same as branded... :lol |

oh ok... but this is only 2.36kg.. its not heavy actually.... its quite handy.... my sis used it for almost 2 and a half yrs de.... no prob... :) she bring every where to College and back home... but if ur finding a more lighter one i can get for u too... |
